I offer a variety of ceremonial, therapeutic, and mystical experiences for individuals, couples, and soul groups. Together, we co-create spaces where healing is sacred, sovereignty is reclaimed, and the feminine and masculine are held in harmony.

I’m Jamie Day
Creator, therapist, healer, writer, guide, friend, mother, wife, and proud weaver of sacred spaces.
I’m the founder of the Divine Mommy Movement, and my work lives at the intersection of psychotherapy, drama therapy, expressive arts, Sacred Feminine spirituality, and grounded ritual. With master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Interdisciplinary Arts, plus years of experience working with individuals, families, and trauma survivors, I now walk a more spiritually-aligned path—one that honors both clinical insight and divine mystery.
I’ve led circles and ceremonies, facilitated courses and retreats, written books and birthed programs—but my greatest creations are my daughter and my marriage. They are the heart of my Becoming.
I come from a long line of powerful, creative, passionate women, and I carry their legacy with reverence. Whether I’m barefoot around a fire, singing to my plants in the garden, making medicine jewelry, or stirring a pot of vegan deliciousness, I move through life as a devotion to those who came before me—and those who will come after.
