Meeting together one-on-one can provide many opportunities for specialized support. As a Marriage and Family Therapist and Drama Therapist, the foundation of my work is based on dedicated Psychotherapeutic techniques and principles. As an experienced Spiritual Healer, I also offer clients opportunities to explore many diverse Metaphysical and Multi-Dimensional concepts. I am never going to be the expert of you being you. Because of this, I deeply value your intuition and wisdom. Collaborating in this way is a distinctive partnership and I will always follow your lead.
Innovative Psychotherapy & Drama Therapy
I love working with individuals, couples, and families. Looking through the Marriage and Family Therapy lens, relationships are key. Think about it, we are ‘in relationship’ with all things all the time and these relationships can be challenging teachers. In our work together, we can find different perspectives and new ways to think about things. Sometimes that positive reframe is all we need. Other times, going deeper into the past so that we can shine a light on our conscious and unconscious wounding patterns is beneficial. The most important thing is - your needs are top priority. In my private practice, I specialize in healing trauma wounded neurobiology, relationship issues, processing grief, balancing blended families, understanding co-dependency, parenting education, infant mental health, & functionally managing divorce and separation. Making the decision to get support is an act of self-love. It takes courage, and I respect that. Life can be complicated. You don’t have to figure it out on your own. Together, we can discover ways to cope that feel both solution-focused and empowering.

Spiritual Healing
You are a Divine Being in Human form. So am I. We all are… learning, living and doing our best to understand what it is to love ourselves and each other. My style of healing honors our Human Nature and our Cosmic Consciousness. Through the creation of a Higher Self to Higher Self Connection, the energetic alignment allows for pure Spiritual Guidance to come through. Once this Sacred Space is created, we get to play in the Stars.
