Soul to Sisterhood Circle

Each Chapter in the Soul-to-Sisterhood Book provides untold opportunities for creating a Self-Love Sanctuary. Take a look through the 36 Chapter offerings and see which Chapters call to you. Each Chapter showcases a Story of Womanhood, Meditative Questions, Sacred Play Journaling Suggestions, and Crystal Wisdom. During a 90 Minute Soul-to-Sisterhood Circle, we will energetically align, touch base and share, explore the Story, meditate with the contemplative questions, and dive deep into the Sacred Play Suggestions. All of this will finish with an experiential practice to increase your connection to the chosen Crystal. The Soul-to-Sisterhood Circles can be done in person or virtually and can comfortably embrace from 1-14 participants. Typically, these Circles are facilitated in groupings of Six, meaning we Gather at least 6 times to explore 6 Chapters over 6 different 90 Minute Sessions. However, you can create whatever feels most in alignment for you. From one Circle to 36 Circles, each Sanctuary is filled with Love, Sisterhood, Connection, and Compassion.

Divine Mommy 1 & 2 Circles

In Divine Mommy Part 1 and 2, there are twelve topics of study to play with. As I created these groups several years ago, I did so with the intention to delve deeply into our experiences as women in today’s world. I knew I needed what Sherry Ruth Anderson and Patricia Hopkins refer to in their book, The Feminine Face of God, as “Feminist Spirituality.” I wanted to come together with other women, in a space that felt safe to be vulnerable and authentic, to explore what I was feeling and why. I also knew that a traditional spiritual experience wasn’t what I was seeking. I craved a container that valued my femininity, my her-story, and my abilities to look inward and guide my own healing transformation. 

Together, with the Divine Mommy work, I have felt this potential for transformation within myself and I have witnessed it happen for countless Sister Goddesses. With meditation, journaling, some basic yoga poses, rich discussions, and sharing, we truly can come together and support one other with wisdom, love, and acceptance. 

For Divine Mommy Part I and II, we can work in-person or virtually. If you prefer to work alone, that is fine, or if you have a small group of Sisters, or a partner that you would like to share the work with, that is wonderful, too. 

Part 1 dovetails into Part 2, however they are not necessarily cumulative. If a particular week, or weeks, calls you… get in touch and let’s create your journey together.

  • Week 11- Social Change: How do our hopes and dreams inform our desire for social change?

  • Week 12- Intuition as our Higher Power: The Power of Prayer 

With a process that includes passages from books and spiritual texts, inspirational quotes, fun ‘getting-to-know-you’ activities, and meaningful rituals, this work is filled with the emotional resonance, pleasure, stillness and open heartedness that so many of us crave. 

In the roller-coaster-esque existence of daily life, we really can step out of the perpetual ‘to-do’ list and let go of chronic exhaustion. We deserve this. You deserve this! 

Some participants say the most important part of Divine Mommy is the Sisterhood, some say it is the perspective, some say it’s the meditations…regardless, it is all important because YOU are important! 

When women intentionally come together to release and heal, in any number or, in any way, the power for transformation is palpable. To feel the comfort of knowing that you can express yourself, without fear of judgment, in a supportive environment, is nothing less than miraculous.

Remember, every time we raise our vibration, we heal the world within us and around us.

Sisterhood Suppers

When we come together as way-showers for the younger generation, the potentiality of Integral Sisterhood is seeded. During these playful, interactive, and powerful Sisterhood Circles the strong and wise Inner-Maiden within is invited to claim her Throne. Music helps to relax the body. Laughter supports the soothing of the mind. Group hugs connect us to the remembrance that we are One Family. Women Supporting Women, in an aligned space of joy and love, is a gift for our world. Ritual, Ceremony, and Remembrance is held within our Feminine Consciousness. As we rejoice at being together, our spirits follow suit. Please note, the Sisterhood Suppers are an in-person event.

Along the midline of the body, we have energetic centers called Chakras and these Energy Centers come with big gifts for our well-being. The seven Chakras on the body follow a path from the base of the spine to the crown of the head and each one correlates to a color. They also connect to different parts of our anatomy and each Center offers wisdom for optimal spiritual, psychological, and physical health. In Get to Know and Love Your Chakras, we dive right in to feeling the energy, reading the energy, and if needed, balancing the energy. Human beings are hardwired to play with energy. Sometimes, we just forget that we have this inherent super power. Join Jamie and REmember your gifts. Plus, you will have FUN! The Sovereign Healing Method

In this 9 Sanctuary Temple Space, we deepen into Energy Healing Practicals with an individualized focus on each of the Seven Chakras. In the Sovereign Healing Method, we will learn the co-creation of the Group Soul, the basic Healing Triangles, how to translate the subtle energetic language coming from our Higher Self, and how to trust the refined guidance of our intuitive knowing. During each 90 Minute Sanctuary, participants will share in a Mantra Practice, journaling activities, self-healing, and guided meditations. This Offering is great for those looking to learn more about the Chakras and Energy Healing or for those looking to deepen an already advanced practice. The Sovereign Healing Method is available in-person, virtually, or as self-study.

Chakra Activations

For this Offering, we will co-explore a specific psychological perspective and merge it with a foundation based in the Esoteric Healing philosophy. Inspired by the book, “Sacred Not Secret,” by Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Christine Laplante, Chakra Activations will study LaPlante’s theory of grounding and opening the body, mind, and spirit based on her understanding and interpretation of Erik Erikson’s Psychological Stages of Development. In LaPlante’s model of transformation, she blends the tandem Development of the Eriksonian Stages with the activation and actualization of the Chakras and the transformative process of Kundalini Energy rising throughout the body.

Sanctuary 1: The Basic Chakra

From Conception to 18 Months Old

This time correlates to the development of the Root/Basic Chakra, and how we are treated during these early months of life sets the building blocks for our relationship to fear, safety, and self-confidence.  If we learn to fear our bodies, or aren’t confident in them, this can directly impede a connected embodiment of pure expression.

Sanctuary 2: The Sacral Chakra

From 18 - 36 Months Old

When the Sacral Chakra becomes compromised during this time of life, we can carry forward suspicion, fear, and a lack of being able to vulnerably connect with the desired levels of intimacy in our adult relationships.

Sanctuary 3: The Solar Plexus Chakra

From 3 - 5 Years Old

This stage correlates with the Solar Plexus, and as guilt takes precedence over ‘inner-knowing,’ the energy can become imbalanced and break down. As with the proceeding centers, if our Basic and Sacral are not solid and balanced through an allowance of pure expression, our Solar Plexus - which can be stunted in its own right by inept social and cultural messages - becomes blocked and our ability to listen to our body’s natural alarm systems is compromised.

This Stage correlates with the Heart Chakra. When our Heart Center is compromised, we can feel sick about everything. This feeling can progress from feeling sick to feeling broken and isolated - especially as the world we live in gives us continual messages about love and its crucial position in our lives, with no reliable set of directions on how to achieve or maintain this preferred state. When our Heart Chakra is out of balance, we can spend our time desperately looking for someone to love, never realizing that the love we need to survive, we must give to ourselves.

Teens - Twenties

When our Throat Chakra is open, our voice is also open and free, and our energy center is balanced. When the energy flows, we can see and hear truth from the perspective of a higher spiritual plane. We don’t question ourselves or quiet our voice. We know what needs to be said, how to say it for the best and highest good, and we trust in our abilities to do both simultaneously. When the energy center is out of balance, this all feels much different.

Sanctuary 6: The Ajna Chakra

Twenties - Forties

Just like Ajna reflects the balance of the other 5 chakras, this Stage in life can reflect the other 5 Stages in either their health or their dis-ease. If we can shift our perspective and intuit higher levels of understanding from the Divine, the act of compromise in a partnership can be seen as an act for the Greatest and Highest Good. When this happens, the health of the relationship is the priority. This minimizes resentment and allows space for clearer sight, clearer divination, clearer intuition, and clearer understanding of our inner wisdom. At this point, a point of deep and balanced connection to one’s Higher Self and to another’s Higher Self, conscious and unconscious compromises by one or both people in the relationship can take place without producing negative feelings. We can literally begin to see things differently.

It is the Crown Chakra that connects us to our bliss body and during this phase of life, typically, when the veritable to-do list of the other phases has calmed, we can slow ourselves down enough to experience more orgasmic bliss throughout everyday existence. The connection to our Crown connects us to the Universal Web of All Living Things. When we come into this energetic space primed and balanced, we become a conduit to more easily access the Universal One-Mind.

Magdalena Activations

Mary Magdalene is more than just a biblical figure. For the wisdom seeker of today’s world, her teachings offer practical accessibility to grace, empowerment, unity, and compassion. As an Essene, she was initiated into the Order of Magdalena through the light conception of her Soul being made manifest into form. The Essene Communions

As you lead up to the Prayer Practice of the 21 Essene Communions, there is a Sevenfold Vow of Peace to be read and acknowledged. Beginning on a Friday evening in honor of the coming Sabbath, these deep, reflective prayers offer many opportunities for personal observation, reflection, and peace. As we commune and meet once each day, we will follow a co-created schedule to best meet your needs. This may look like a meeting in the morning, afternoon, and/or evening to ensure we read aloud the Communions for the Evening Prayers, Morning Prayers, and Noontime Prayers. In between meetings, there will be prompts for meditations and journaling. When together, we will explore the three prayers for that day and share the thoughts, feelings, and intuitions that arise. Following are the aspects of the 21 Communions.

Soften into Sovereignty II is an 8-Sanctuary Journey created to deepen the teachings from Part I: Embody and Activate the Chakra System. Soften into Sovereignty is my dedication to my Esoteric Healing teacher, Bernadette Bloom. In 2006, Bernadette was my roommate during a Spiritual Pilgrimage to Egypt. That trip, and my relationship to Bern, changed my life. Divine Couple: Group INTERdependence

Group Interdependence can be a really powerful way to rediscover relational alignment. Not INdependent… not CO-dependent… INTERdependence is a functional way to actualize harmony through equality, integrity, and awareness. Once we know what it is, we can apply it, and even if interdependence still feels like it's just out of reach, practice really does make perfect. If your personal and professional life reflects the clunky disappointments of things just not feeling ‘right,’ maybe it's you? I’m kidding…well, I’m sort of kidding… Pause with me for a moment and think, could you be out of balance? Could the way you are showing up in your life use some tightening up? Maybe your boundaries and priorities need to be revised? What about letting go of expectation and resentment? In a safe and playful environment, you can explore what balanced interdependence looks and feels like for you… and maybe even get a few ‘a-has’ for being the change you want to see.

In our lives we talk about love a lot and yet, how often do we pause and genuinely feel love? We also spend a lot of time ‘in relationship.’ Are love and intimacy priorities? Why? Why not? We can become addicted to it without even knowing, and although it might feel easy at first, it can blind us to the subtler nuances of interactional gratitude, softness, clarity, observation, and pleasure. ‘Love, Love, Love ... It's easy!’ Or so the Beatles sang. Maybe we should revisit the simple directions in their lyrics. ‘All you need is love.’ That is a powerful sentence. We DO need love… and a few other essentials, but is our relationship to giving and receiving love balanced? Could it use some work? What about our belief in how much we deserve love, how lovable we are, or how about this - Is unconditional love even real? Chewing on these questions might feel like an inside job, yet I promise it will be more fun, effective, and lasting if we come together and explore them in a Group. Why? Because. We are hurt ‘in relationship’ and we are healed ‘in relationship.’ Things go faster and take deeper root when we feel comfortable and when we are together; two things that are glorious byproducts of Divine Couple: Emotional Awareness. In the 90 MInute ‘Prayer in Action’ Prayer Circle, each participant verbalizes the authentic testimony of their heart. Once this courageous command has been spoken, the group will energetically align and attune with the Prayer and see it visually coming to life. We are all singers and we all have fabulous voices! Life can get in the way of that truth, but it doesn't make it any less true. In the Sacred Singing workshop, we will take a playful and devotional approach to accessing your breath, tone, & sound with aligned energy work, group support, and collective confidence. Balancing and Activating the Throat Chakra with easy Energy Healing techniques, we will then incorporate fun vocal techniques for anchoring, amplification, and proper placement. Participants will learn how to distinguish their chest voice from their head voice, blending the voice for group singing, and engaging vocal warmups. If you've ever been told not to sing for any reason by yourself or anyone else, Sacred Singing can support you in releasing those false narratives. Singing is a human birthright created as an organic way to offer praise and gratitude for the gifts of the moment. That opportunity belongs to everyone. ‘I needed help with a block I was having with an audition song. Energy work isn't something that my vocal coach suggested, it was actually my acupuncturist. Connecting into my Throat Chakra with the intention of freeing my voice turned out to be a great way to prep my entire system for singing challenging tunes. Jamie’s acting background really helped, too. We created subtext for the lyrics, energy healing for my body, and a soul connection with the music.’

‘Singing stopped for me when I was very young. A music teacher told me in front of the class that I should just mouth the words because I was singing off key. I was crushed. Up until that point I loved to sing. Coming to this workshop wasn’t easy. Starting small and quiet, I reconnected to parts of my voice that I thought were lost. It's just the beginning, but I feel happy that I may start singing again. I know I want to! At least now I know how to calm my throat when it feels like it wants to close up again. The 13 individual light matrices of Dragon’s Magick which emanate from the Universal Field of Dragon’s Phire are inspired by Magenta Pixie’s fourth transmission, ‘The Diamond Codex and the Quartz Key: Accessing the Accelerated Stargate System through Crystalline Transformation of the Genetic Code.’ While stewarding a Magdalena Pilgrimage through Southern France, I slept with this book next to my pillow. When approached by the energy of the Dragons, specifically, Quetzalcoatl, to steward in a 13 Sanctuary Group to activate the Codices of Dragon's Magick within the human operating system, I didn’t think it would be easy, but I had no idea what a testimony of my dedication and devotion it would truly become. The channeled Activations for each Sanctuary of the Part I offering are like nothing I have ever experienced. Holding the space for the Activations to come in, organizing them to be shared, and then stewarding them for the Group was the biggest physical & energetic endeavor that I have ever accepted. After the 13th and final Part I Shapeshifting Dragon Sanctuary, I thought I might have just delivered my swan-song and that my life might take a big turn. The Dragons let me float for a few days and then less than two weeks later, on a 12/12 Portal in December, as they were gearing me up for a Solstice Gift, they let me know we had only just begun.
